| 英文摘要 | 随着党和国家对高校辅导员队伍建设工作的重视，近年来，各大高校纷纷兴起配备高学历辅导员的热潮，高职院校辅导员队伍也基本实现高学历化，辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量，对和谐校园构建发挥着重要的作用。然而研究表明，高职院校高学历辅导员队伍的实际工作状况并不令人满意，与高校对辅导员工作的要求还有很大差距，达不到预期目标。 本研究通过梳理并借鉴已有的研究成果，运用了文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法，对X市高职院校高学历辅导员队伍建设情况作了深入的调查研究，掌握一手研究资料。问卷调查发现高职院校高学历辅导员队伍建设主要存在以下几个问题：一、高学历辅导员队伍年轻化程度高，队伍稳定性差。辅导员...; As the Party and the country have attached great importance to the construction of highly educated counselors in recent years, a vigorous upsurge of equipping highly educated counselors has rose in many universities and highly educated counselor team in higher vocational colleges has realized high-credentialization on the whole.
