| 英文摘要 | 在机动车保有量暴增，城市拥堵日渐严重的情况下，公共自行车系统（PBS）被认为是实现交通可持续发展的重要手段之一，因而被国内外大中城市广泛引进。作为一种适合短距离出行、低碳便捷的公共交通工具，国内外学者和机构对其在中国中型城市的发展研究几乎是空白。相较于大型城市，中型城市在城市规模、交通模式、居民出行行为方面存在较大差异，而这对PBS的运营及使用者体验皆产生重要影响。在中国，PBS新增项目大多数分布在城区人口100万以下的中型城市，通过分析发现，中型城市普遍存在道路功能混乱、公交服务水平低、停车设施缺乏和交通拥挤等现象，研究该类型城市中的PBS运营及使用情况对于完善PBS之于交通可持续发展的意义...; The growth of automobiles and urban congestion pose significant challenges to cities around the world, and under this circumstance, the Public Bicycle System (PBS) has been introduced world widely as an important way to develop the sustainable transportation.
