| 英文摘要 | 当前，随着人类对矿物燃料的过度消耗引发环境污染问题日益凸显，我国的建筑能耗已占社会总能耗的三成。建筑节能设计对减少社会碳排放、能源消耗的潜力巨大，通过对太阳能住宅的开发利用，可有效缓解传统能源的过度消耗。本文以太阳能住宅“SunnyInside”为例，系统地分析了太阳能住宅各方面能耗影响因素及对应的节能策略，以期为零能耗太阳能住宅后续的运营节能研究提供参考。主要完成了以下工作：被动式节能设计分析：分析部分优秀太阳能住宅作品，总结被动式建筑节能设计方法。建筑造型与被动式节能设计之间的矛盾在建筑方案设计过程中逐步解决。在围护结构设计方面，对比分析了各类型围护结构保温材料，并考虑门窗的玻璃选型对建筑...; Environmental pollution has become increasingly prominent caused byexcessive consumption of fossil fuels.
