| 英文摘要 | 我国的高等教育发展进入了快车道，大学校园在多次建设浪潮的洗礼下，早期兴建的教学建筑已无法满足当今的教学需求。一方面这些早期教学建筑需要满足历史价值保护的相关要求，另一方面也要满足人们对教学空间日益增长的需求，因此，其保护与更新议题被提出。本文主要以厦门大学八十年代教学建筑为研究对象，首先概述这批建筑的使用现状以及现存问题，然后借鉴建筑改造、校园规划、旧城更新等相关理论总结出针对这批建筑的保护与更新的原则、方法与措施，最后以厦门大学政法大楼扩建项目作为具体案例，分析这些理论的具体运用方法。全文分为四个部分： 第一部分是绪论及保护与更新的必要性。第一章解释选题的缘由、基本概念，以及本文的研究方法...; China’s higher education is coming into a fast lane,after several rounds of high-speed development of and university construction, teaching buildings that were early built have been unable to adapt to the current teaching requirements.Considering their historical value and the need for space expansion ,their conservation and renovation issues were put forward.This thesis focuses attention on the u...; 学位：建筑学硕士; 院系专业：建筑与土木工程学院_建筑设计及其理论; 学号：25220121151699 |
