英文摘要	摘要 每一个人的生活，除了工作或外出，其它的时日，都在住宅中渡过，住宅质量关连着一个人的生活质量，也影响着一个人一生居住的环境质量；住宅建筑类型，根据统计约占都市所有建筑的百分之七十以上，从此数据可知住宅的环境质量，亦深深影响着都市环境质量的好坏，住宅建筑的重要性不言可喻。 在台湾目前的建筑房地产现况中“集合住宅”类型所占的比例也很高，尤其是北部地区，集合住宅也成为支持建筑房地产繁荣景象的关键因素之一。 对于集合住宅的规划设计，不仅仅只着重在构造与设备的技术层面的考虑，更重要的应该是对于人们“集居”之新的生活类型的指引，以及对应此方向之建筑型态与小区型态的探讨。 全方位的住宅随着时代的...; Abstract Everyone leads his/her life mostly in the residential house, except going out for work or for fun.
