英文摘要	伴随着城市产业结构的转型，城市面临着大规模的改造和更新。城市滨水区作为城市的发源之地，存在着大量废弃的、闲置的旧建筑，面临着被拆除的命运。这不仅造成了资源和能源的浪费，制约了城市的有序发展，同时一味的“大拆大建”也导致城市特色的日渐消失。本文关注的就是如何在城市滨水地区这一特殊的城市地段内合理的再利用原有的旧建筑以及外部空间，使具有历史文化价值的旧建筑得以再生，并使原有的滨水场所得到复兴，成为展现城市特色、满足城市综合发展需要的新型城市滨水空间。从20世纪20年代至今，欧美各国的滨水旧区开发实践已产生了较多的成功范例，其中伴随着这些成功的实践由此形成了较系统的再开发理论，相比之下，我国在这方面...; With the change of the cities industry structure, the cities are faced with extensive rebuilding and renovation.
