| 英文摘要 | 厦门中山路街区既是一个重要的近代历史风貌保护街区，又是城市主要的商业中心。随着其空间环境日益老化以及商品经济的高速发展，如何解决商区保护与发展的矛盾迫在眉睫。本文试图从商业空间形态和使用者行为方式的角度，探究这个街区的活力之源。 首先，文章对中山路商业空间的演变进行追溯，对影响中山路商业空间演变的相关因素进行分析，指出其形成与发展变化的规律和特质。 其次，对中山路商业空间现状分别从街道空间特征(包括街道空间结构、街道空间景观)、沿街商业体系功能构成、典型商业空间的类型比较、商业空间“地块”特征(包括店面平、立面特征)以及消费行为特征等多个层次进行分析，据此得到中山路商业区既有空间环境的特质...; The district of Zhongshan Road is not only an important historic block, but also a main commercial center of Xiamen City.
