| 英文摘要 | 从大多数西方发达国家发展历程来看，建筑业步入维修加固阶段是城市化进程的必然阶段。全国重点文物保护单位具有非常重大的历史、艺术、科学和文化价值，作为传承历史文化的重要载体，必然成为建筑维修加固的重中之重。中国作为四大文明古国之一，有着悠久的历史和灿烂的文化，然而文物建筑保存现状却不容乐观，急需引起大家的重视和投入。本文以厦门市7处全国重点文物保护单位的保护现状为基础，对比国内外文物保护历史、现状及修缮原则，提出目前国内文物保护存在的问题和修缮中存在的矛盾，并结合工程实际，提出软件计算中的局限性，相应的提出作者的见解。主要研究内容及结论如下： （1）通过对比发现，国外文物保护经历了漫长的探索，许...; From the course of the development of most Western Developed Countries, the construction industry into the repair and reinforcement phase is an inevitable stage in the process of urbanization.
