| 英文摘要 | 近年来，随着保障房政策的大力实施，我国出现保障房建设热潮，但保障房质量问题也愈演愈烈，严重损害了政府的公信力和百姓的切身利益。保障房建设工程质量问题有哪些、影响质量问题的风险因素是什么、如何评价质量风险以及如何预防风险，这些都将是本文重点研究的内容。 本文先查阅了大量文献，了解国内外工程质量风险评价和预警的研究现状，提出我国目前需要进一步完善的地方；再通过大量的文献调研和实地调研，进行风险因素识别和分析，总结保障房质量问题种类、影响因素，建立保障房建设工程质量风险评价和预警指标体系；然后比较分析常用风险评价法的优缺点，鉴于传统风险评价方法只考虑了保障房工程质量风险事故的渐变性，而且采用的主观...; In recent years, as the security housing policy implementation vigorously, security housing construction boom in China, and the security housing quality problems are also on the rise, which has seriously damaged the credibility of the government and the people's vital interests.
