| 英文摘要 | 目前，可持续发展已经成为社会共识。建设低碳城市已经成为从政府到市民都认同并付诸行动的理念。通过日常的城市规划管理手段，推动城市新土地开发建设的低碳化是建设低碳城市重要的核心内容。本文从美国相关成熟完善的经验出发，将土地出让规划设计条件低碳作为研究切入点，以厦门为载体，研究低碳土地开发规划政策。 本文首先对美国近年来区划法改革中的GreenZoning修正案进行了研究，详细介绍了修正案的产生背景，政策依据，相关绿色标准体系。随后对于修正案的内容进行总结与分析，并提出GreenZoning修正案的成功经验与可能存在的缺陷。 本文随后对于厦门市土地出让的现状进行了研究，明确厦门目前土地出让规划条...; Sustainable development has recently become the socialconsensus,and the construction of low carbon city has become identity and action concept from the government to the citizen.
