英文摘要	摘要 姜黄素（curcumin）是从姜科姜黄属植物姜黄根茎中提取的一种酚性色素，其应用广泛，主要用做色素、食品添加剂及调味品等。姜黄素具有抗肿瘤、抗突变、抗炎、抗氧化、保肝等药理活性，并具有毒性低、生物利用度高和资源丰富等优点，能够诱导细胞周期停滞和细胞凋亡，是一种很有发展前景的抗肿瘤药。本论文以香草醛等为原料，合成了一系列姜黄素的类似物，采用红外、核磁等波谱学方法进行表征，并用人体肺癌细胞A549进行体外活性筛选，研究化合物的抗肿瘤活性规律，阐述姜黄素类化合物的抗肿瘤构效关系，为抗肿瘤药物设计，提供理论和实验依据。 以姜黄素及其代谢产物为母核，本文设计合成几个与α，β-不饱和酮结构相关的...; Abstract Curcumin is a well-known pigment derived from the food flavoring turmeric (Curcuma longa).
