| 英文摘要 | 摘要食品质量与安全是决定人类生存质量的重要因素之一，而食品中的农药残留是影响食品安全的突出问题，已经引起广泛的社会关注，成为分析科学领域的热门研究课题之一。本学位论文致力于食品中有机氯与拟除虫菊酯农药残留的分析方法研究与应用，全部内容分为六章。第一章：综述了食品中农药残留分析方法的进展。重点讨论了固相萃取(SPE)、固相微萃取(SPME)、基质固相分散(MSPD)与微波辅助萃取(MAE)等试样前处理技术在食品农药残留分析中的应用，同时讨论了气相色谱(GC)、高效液相色谱(HPLC)、气-质联用(GC-MS)及液-质联用(LC-MS)等方法在食品农药残留分析中的应用，最后指出了食品农药残留分析方...; The quality and safety of food is crucial to human’s life.
