英文摘要鉴于生物催化反应中的辅酶的高成本,有必要考虑其再生问题。论文工作包含模拟、建模、和建立一个用NADPH作辅酶,用ALR酶不对称还原COBE到CHBE的双酶反应体系关联的辅酶回收的分析过程。NADPH辅酶的再生是通过使用葡萄糖脱氢酶和NADP+把葡萄糖氧化成葡萄糖酸内酯来实现的。综合考虑几个反应参数并确定了经济上产量收益可行的每个参数的最佳值,这些参数的最优范围及最优值包括pH(6.3-7.2,6.3为最优),温度(26-32oC,27.5oC为最优);辅酶比例(介于1.33和1.5之间的比率被确定为最高产品产量的比例范围),在80-130的酶比率也被确定为最佳的反应范围。通过模型分析,当COB...; The high cost of cofactors in biocatalytic reactions has made it necessary to consider its regeneration.
