英文摘要	本论文基于第一性原理和量子动力学研究了有机半导体中的电子转移过 程。利用non-Condon效应电子转移速率理论和含时波包扩散方法计算了有机半 导体的迁移率。 首先总结了近两年我们在non-Condon效应电子转移理论方面的工作，阐 述了指数型、高斯型以及直线型等三种non-Condon电子转移速率的全量子表达 式，这些表达式在时间域具有与Condon近似下的电子转移速率公式类似的形 式并且易于将其应用于多振动模电子转移体系。利用non-Condon电子转移速率 理论我们研究了电子转移速率随驱动力的变化关系，结果表明该理论预测的电 子转移速率表现出与Macrcus理论不同的特性...; The electron transfer (ET) processes in different organic systems are investigated based on first-principles and quantum dynamics methods in this paper.
