| 英文摘要 | 本论文的首要工作是对本课题组前期发明的一种新型球形金属丝网填料（授权号：100563815）进行流体力学与传质性能的系统评价。建立了基于O2-Na2SO3-H2O体系的新型填料评价方法。比较了拉西环、矩鞍环、不同直径与不同孔眼大小的球形填料、管形填料之间的性能差异。证明球形金属丝网填料具有以下优点：（I）极高的空隙率(≈99%)，节省材料，堆积密度仅为拉西环的30%，矩鞍环填料的50%；（II）传质效率高，在喷淋密度为23m3m-2h-1的条件下，传质效率可比矩鞍环填料提高45%~60%；（III）装卸方便，各项同性最佳，不但可以很好实现气液分布和气液传质传热，而且能有效减少壁流，壁流量仅为同...; By means of various testing and analysis on hydrodynamics and mass transfer properties, the newly invented spherical metal mesh packing(SMMP)(Patent license no.100563815)shows three excellent aspects: (I) High void space (≈99%),smaller cost of material, the bulk density of SMMP is only 30% of that of Raschig Ring and 50% that of IMTP.
