| 英文摘要 | 本文旨在反映笔者所在的管理咨询公司所实施的一次真实咨询案例的思考和总结。2014年初，笔者所在的管理咨询公司开始对一家国有控股的实景演艺公司进行全面管理诊断和咨询，通过8个月的努力，最终实现组织架构优化和效能提升的目的。 自从2004年张艺谋导演的《印象•刘三姐》首次公演以来，实景演艺行业得到了迅猛发展，但光鲜亮丽的外表下，却是管理的盲区。很多项目都是频繁地透支自然资源和明星资源，往往忽视了管理效能的优化，本文拟从管理的角度分析，以管理效能优化为目的，探寻在当前环境下适合实景演艺行业的组织架构，其研究结果希望对国内实景演艺行业未来的组织架构提供一定的参考。 本文首先确定研究背景...; This paper is a reflection and summary of the consulting case of the management consulting company where the author works.
