| 英文摘要 | 随着全球经济一体化的发展，快速发展的经济对物流提出了更高的要求。同时，由于顾客需求的快捷化和市场的瞬息万变，使物流成为很多企业的瓶颈，因此也成为当今企业赢得核心竞争力的关键因素。为此，一些企业开始考虑将物流外包，即将企业的物流交予那些专业性的第三方物流企业运作。然而，我国绝大多数的第三方物流企业是由传统的运输或仓储企业或其它代理类企业转型而来，它们中能提供综合性物流服务的物流企业还不是很多。由于它们先天功能的不足，使得这些第三方物流企业规模和实力都较小，网络化的经营组织未形成，缺乏必要的竞争力。所有这些使得它们为客户提供快速满意的物流服务成了一个难题，造成物...; With the development of global economics integration, logistics has more requirements because of the fast increasing economy.
