| 英文摘要 | 随着国内汽车市场竞争的加剧，汽车研发项目化的发展，推出自主研发新车型的时机与速度成为汽车企业较大的竞争优势。因此探讨一条适合汽车研发项目工程实际，保证项目按计划开展的项目进度管理方法成为整车厂迫切需要解决的问题。本文在此背景下研究关键链技术在汽车研发项目中的应用。 首先本文通过对KS2项目进度管理资料和项目总结进行分析研究基础上，同时对项目的关键成员进行多方问卷调查，找出项目进度管理中存在的主要问题。然后根据汽车研发项目的工程实际，基于KS2项目，对关键链技术在汽车研发项目进度管理方面的具体应用进行研究。对关键链技术在KS2项目具体应用研究中，分别从关键链确定、缓冲区设置及缓冲区管控三个方面...; With the increasing of automobile market competition in domestic market and the projecting of automobile R&D, the opportunity and speed to detrusion a new car that self-developed are crutial to automobile Corporation's advanges.
