| 英文摘要 | 在我国，小额贷款公司是指以由企业法人、自然人和其他经济组织投资设立，不吸收公众存款，只经营贷款业务的有限责任公司或股份有限公司。自2008年颁布《小额贷款公司试点的指导意见》以来，小额贷款公司从最初的不到500家发展到2013年6月末的7086家，发展十分迅速。 2012年，厦门市中小企业总数已达10万户左右。中小企业对经济增长的贡献越来越大，中小微型企业创造了全市GDP的60%（约1520亿元），全市50%的税收和40%的出口也是由中小微型企业完成。然而中小企业的发展面临着“资金难”的窘境，银行等金融机构对于中小企业、农户、个体经营者的金融服务相对薄弱，中小民营企业和个体工商户贷款难或者根...; In China,the micro-credit companies is a limited liability company or limited which invested by corporate entities, individuals and other economic organizations, only operate lending except public deposits.
