英文摘要	随着经济全球化进程的加快，信息技术的飞速发展和广泛应用，银行业进入到了一个崭新的发展阶段。面对着不断变化的客户需求，各商业银行间的竞争愈演愈烈，传统银行业务运作模式和经营管理理念已不再适应现代银行发展的需要，银行业面临着改革发展的难题。在借鉴国外商业银行先进经验的基础上，建立以客户为中心、以流程为导向、以技术为支持的业务运作模式成了银行发展的必然选择。基于以上考虑，论文在借鉴银行业务流程再造理论的基础上，结合笔者在商业银行业务部门的工作经验，对H银行外币汇款业务流程进行深入研究，剖析其存在的问题及成因，从业务运作、业务系统、业务规则三个方面出发，分析设计了外币汇款业务流程再造的方案，并提出了流...; With the development of global economic, the rapid development and extensive application of information technology, the banking has entered a new stage of development.
