| 英文摘要 | 社交网络正颠覆着人们的生活，并创造了商业奇迹，因为其具有独特的基因——平台商务模式。笔者本着对社交网站及其平台基因的兴趣，选取其中一个细分——婚恋交友网站作为研究对象，以百合网与世纪佳缘为案例，通过研究其平台机制和平台战略，以期以小窥大，找到平台商务模式获得竞争优势的一般规律，及社交平台如何发挥这种优势，从而为互联网创业和社交网络营销提供借鉴意义。 本文以平台理论、平台竞争战略、平台经济学、电子商务理论作为研究的出发点，利用多边市场、网络效应、补贴模式、关键赢利模式、锁定效应、用户过滤、用户粘性等观点，结合案例对比、逻辑推理等分析手段。通过分析笔者发现，婚恋网站的网络效应较弱，其“沟通阻断”...; Due to their unique gene - platform business model, social network sites subverted people's lives and created a commercial miracle.
