英文摘要	政治联系是我国资本市场上市公司中普遍存在的现象，是对我国不完善的制度和法律环境的一种非正式补充，对降低行业壁垒、增加融资便利、享受税收优惠、获取危机救助起着重要的作用。国有企业天然的政治背景为国企带来了许多竞争优势，民营企业为了获取更多的配置资源与发展机会，主动寻求建立政治联系。政治联系将通过影响企业的经营活动、投资活动、筹资活动对企业价值造成深刻的影响。但是民营企业建立的政治联系相比国有企业则显得相对薄弱、不够稳固。因此，政治联系丢失可能对国有企业与民营企业的短期股价与长期业绩造成不同的影响。 本文手工搜集了2012-2015年国有企业与民营企业的贪腐数据，通过政治联系丢失事件来研究政治联...; A common phenomenon that listed companies have political connection in China’s capital market.
