| 英文摘要 | 近年来，政府重点推出的公租房建设正在全国各地如火如荼地开展。深圳作为外来工和人才聚集的特大移民城市，住房问题尤其突出，公租房建设的大力推行成了解决这一问题的重要手段。然而，深入了解其公租房使用现状，及时追踪住户反馈信息，才能有针对性和实效性地改善公租房住房条件和提高住户的服务质量。因此，本文对深圳市公租房住户的需求和满意度进行研究具有重要的现实意义。 本文采用文献回顾法，实证分析法开展对深圳市公租房住户需求和满意度的研究。首先，本文在借鉴国内外满意度测评理论研究成果的基础上，结合公租房的特殊性，构建了公租房住户满意度测评指标体系；其次，根据测评指标和考察访谈结果设计出调查问卷，对深圳市公租房...; In recent years, the government is vigorously building public rental nationwide.
