英文摘要	本文对WP服装外贸公司的商业模式设计进行深入分析与研究。 首先，对国内外商业模式的内涵、构成要素及商业模式设计流程等理论研究状况进行了总结归纳。其次，对WP服装外贸公司商业模式现状、经营环境、经营发展SWOT综合分析进行了归纳，了解WP公司商业模式存在的困境。最后，运用商业模式设计理论对WP服装外贸公司商业模式进行再设计，包括价值主张设计、价值支撑设计、价值保持设计，并对该商业模式进行了可行性分析。 通过本文的研究，得出如下结论： 第一，总体来看，WP外贸公司依托国内服装产业成熟的产业链及福建省梭织服装产业发展处于国内外前列等优势，利用公司丰富的服装出口贸易业务经验，以及国外客户、面料供...; This paper is a deep analysis and Research on the business model design of WP clothing trade company.
