| 英文摘要 | 本文研究G公司智能喷洒控制模组研发外包项目的风险管理，采用风险矩 阵方法对项目立项到项目样品完成整个开发过程进行评估和管理。首先应用流 程图和WBS识别研发外包项目风险来源，获取项目风险清单。其次对风险来 源的风险发生概率和风险影响等级进行评估。接着采用Borda序值法和评估人 员偏好打分法对评估结果进行重要性排序。然后针对事件的风险重要性程度制 定应对措施。在项目研发阶段对风险降低应对活动进行监控，评估风险降低应 对活动失败的概率，以此作为新的评价准则展开新的一轮风险排序，作出新的 应对措施。通过这些风险管理步骤来控制研发外包项目的实施，以此来降低研 发外包项目风险带来的损失...; This thesis use risk matrix method to study the risk management for the R&D outsourcing project of intelligent spraying control module by company G.
