英文摘要	学术独立董事是我国独立董事最主要的构成群体，学术独立董事能否有效履行其职能，提升公司价值，直接关乎我国独立董事制度的成败。但目前学术界对学术独立董事的专门研究较少，多将其作为一种身份背景变量进行解释，较少的进行深入研究。本文利用中组部[2013]18号文件和教育部[2015]11号文件的颁布这一外生政策事件，通过手工搜集2013年10月19日至2015年12月31日期间A股上市公司的独立董事离职样本，考察了学术独立董事离职对公司价值的影响。本文发现，相较于非学术独立董事，学术独立董事的离职会显著降低公司价值。进一步的，本文还探究了学术独立董事对公司价值的影响路径。本文发现，一方面，学术独立董事...; In China, the academic independent directors are the most important groups of independent directors, accounted for 40% proportion of independent directors.
