| 英文摘要 | 商业信用是指，企业之间在商品交易中因延期付款或预付账款而形成的债权债务关系。作为企业重要的经营工具，商业信用不仅可以作为一种竞争手段，还是企业的重要非正式融资渠道，有助于缓解企业遭遇的融资约束问题，特别是近年来“供应链金融”概念的提出，使得对商业信用的研究极具现实意义。 商业信用的使用源于企业之间的信任关系，内部控制作为企业内部的一种正式制度安排，理论上在交易契约的缔结中能发挥出重要的置信作用。在交易中，位于供应链上各个节点的企业为了创造超额收益，通常会进行不同水平的关系专用性投资。一方面关系专用性投资可以带来关系租金，但另一方面也可能引发机会主义行为。本文试图探讨内部控制和关系专用性投资...; Trade Credit refers to the debtor-creditor relationship formed between enterprises due to deferred payments or prepayments in commodity trading.
