英文摘要	医院临床专科是医院的重要组成部分，医院战略目标的实现也是通过整合各个临床专科的目标得以实现。本文以A医院临床专科绩效考核为研究对象。首先，主要阐述绩效和绩效考核的概念，介绍目前国内外医院使用较普遍的绩效考核方法；分析了A医院的战略目标和临床科室的目标；其次，分析了目前A医院临床专科综合目标管理考核的现状，以及目前医院临床专科绩效考核存在问题及原因分析；针对存在的问题，提出A医院临床专科绩效考核的改进目标、思路与原则、改进方法，在征询专家意见的基础上，使用关键绩效考核方法确定绩效考核指标，并通过层次分析法确定绩效考核权重，并提出绩效考核实施的保障措施。 本文研究并优化A医院临床专科绩效考核体系...; Clinical specialty is an important part of the hospital; the achievement of hospital strategic goals is dependent on realization of integration of various clinical specialties’ objectives.
