| 英文摘要 | 十六大以后，我国城镇化和工业化发展迅猛，助推了基建产业的高速发展，带动了炼钢原料如铁矿石资源等的需求。从2003年开始，我国进口铁矿石总量开始跃居世界第一，十几年以来，进口铁矿石资源始终处于供不应求的状态。纵观国际铁矿石市场，世界三大铁矿石生产商控制着绝大部分优质铁矿石资源也控制着市场价格，从中国市场上赚取了巨额的利润。为了改变长期“受制于人”的被动局面，我国企业开始走上海外投资矿业之路以期获得性价比高的一手铁矿石资源。 本文通过对澳大利亚白鹦鹉岛铁矿石投资案例的研究，分析了中国企业走向海外投资矿山的重要意义及可能遭遇的风险。文章内容包含了从项目谈判到可行性分析直至最后的决策等全部流程。根据...; After CPC’s 16th Congress,the development of modernization and industrialization of city in China drives demand of iron ore, the imports of iron ore resources in China ranks the first in the world since from 2003.
