英文摘要	近些年来，在我国经济高速发展的过程中，自我创新与国外先进经验引进的实例无处不在，一些新兴行业逐渐走入我们的视野。然而，随之而来的问题是，法制建设落后于快速发展的经济，行业整顿总是在危机曝光之后，企业常常处于无法可依、无人监管的环境中。针对我国的实际情况，研究企业面对缺失的外部控制与监督，如何表现的问题富有现实意义。本文将研究情境聚焦于电子商务行业，探讨在宽松的管制性制度情境中，企业是否当责以及如何当责的问题。 本文利用多案例研究法与扎根理论研究法相结合的方法，以阿里巴巴、京东、聚美优品以及当当网作为案例研究对象，坚持理论抽样和持续比较原则，研究弱管制性制度情境下企业当责问题。 本文的主要结...; In recent years, China has saw a great number of cases of self-innovation enterprises and enterprises which borrowed advanced experience from abroad in its rapid development.
