英文摘要	有文献指出，产品设计决定了产品60%至80%的成本，而目前研究的成本管理问题大多涉及制造环节，仅有少数文献研究了产品初始设计阶段的成本管理问题，对于产品正常投产后由工艺设计变化带来的成本管理问题鲜有涉足。而在企业实际生产经营过程中，由于内外部条件变化导致的工艺设计变更时常发生。如何选择工艺设计方案使得产品既满足功能要求，又做到成本最低，就是本文工艺成本管理研究的主要方向。 时代不仅造就了英雄，也通过影响企业经营环境不断推动了管理学科的进步。论文首先描述了中国制造业所处的现实背景，指出了加强成本管理的必要性。目前我国企业管理实务中一直没有从成本的角度对工艺过程进行管理，理论界也没有完整的体系框...; Some literatures pointed out that the design determined the 70% to 80% of product costs.
