英文摘要	随着我国资本市场的快速发展、企业经济实力的逐步增强以及制度环境的不断完善，企业在追求经济目标的同时，也开始关注利益相关者的全局利益以及社会责任的承担。诸如企业社会责任管理体系的构建、社会责任战略的制定、社会责任文化的培育等一系列制度创新都在酝酿之中。然而作为最古老也是最直接的一种企业社会责任履行方式——公益性捐赠，始终是学术界和实务界关注的焦点。 本文采用规范研究与实证研究相结合的方法，以2004—2013年共10个会计期间的沪深A股上市公司为研究对象，从“文革”这一特殊历史事件入手，参考行为一致性理论、高阶理论等心理学和领导行为学知识，分析“文革”经历可能给高管的人格特质、价值观、认知基础...; With the substantial development of the Chinese capital market and the strengthening of enterprises' economic power and institutional environment, the en-terprises started to focus on stakeholders’ interests and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
