| 英文摘要 | 从1995年具有百年历史的英国巴林银行的倒闭到2008年的法国兴业银行损失49亿欧元的事件，我们看到了操作风险的巨大破坏力，也看到了操作风险已经成为现代商业银行的主要风险来源，巴塞尔委员会从1999年开始提出操作风险的概念，在《巴塞尔协议Ⅱ》把它与市场风险和信用风险并列为三大风险，并要求对操作风险计提资本金。目前国际先进银行对操作风险的管理已经形成了一套比较行之有效的办法，而我国在操作风险的管理上还处于初级阶段，频繁发生一些大案、要案，给我国的金融体系造成了严重的破坏。本文通过介绍国外商业银行的操作风险管理实践，分析我国操作风险管理的现状，提出了改善我国商业银行操作风险管理的建议。; From the bankruptcy of Barings Bank which has more than two hundred years history in 1995 to the Euro 4.9 billion big loss of Societe Generale Bank in 2008, the enormous power of operational risk hit our heart deeply.
