| 英文摘要 | 运输外包是第四方物流企业外包业务的重要组成，对于X公司来说，承运商业务水平的高低直接关系到运输外包的成败。假如运输外包失败，X公司不但不能保持原有的竞争优势，而且影响其客户正常的生产经营活动，甚至可能被拖入泥潭中。因此，X公司和承运商之间建立适当的协调机制是提高协同运作效率有效途径。 结合企业实际情况，本文认为应从信息共享、资源整合和利益分配三个主要方面建立相应的协调机制来保障X公司与承运商之间的协同运作机制得以高效稳定地运行。其中，建立信息共享机制有助于解决协同运作过程中信息共享困难的问题，但完善与之相应的信息共享激励与约束机制是保证信息共享机制有效性的基础；资源整合机制能够在一定程度上改...; Transportation outsourcing is an important component of business-outsourcing for the fourth-party logistics.
