英文摘要	A公司在海沧保税港区内，是经管委会、海关等管理部门审核批准的第三方物流服务企业。A公司在海沧自由贸易港区这个狭窄的市场下生存，仅能为其所在的自由贸易港区内生产加工型企业提供第三方物流服务，其盈利模式的研究具有独特意义。 文章主要思路是在翁君奕提出的商务模式理论基础上对A公司的商务模式进行分析研究。本文在简要介绍商务模式创新的基本理论后，引入交互界面的概念对企业经营环境进行系统分析，明确物流企业商务模式的内外部环境，为下文阐释物流企业商务模式奠定基础。在翁君奕提出的商务模式理论框架的基础上，本文运用案例分析的方法对以A公司为例的物流企业商务模式进行了要素的解构，并对其现有价值主张、价值支撑、价...; A is a third party logistics enterprise that approved by the Haicang Free Trade Port Area Management Committee and the Customs.
