| 英文摘要 | 近十年来，桉树以其优良的生长特性和材质特性成为林业投资的一大热点，但由于林业生产的复杂性等客观因素的影响，其投资的盈利能力、风险水平、最优投资水平等一系列生产经营的深层次问题一直没有得到深入的研究。因此，研究桉树速生丰产林投资经济效果评价有重要意义。 本研究以永安林业集团桉树速生丰产林为研究对象，运用投资经济效果评价的理论和方法对其进行较为科学的评价，详细阐述速生丰产林投资利率这一重要参数的选取，得出如下结论： （1）巨尾桉速生丰产林能取得较好的经济效益。如果利率水平为6.76%，每公顷能实现净现值NPV=3969.73元>>0，年平均利润=1350.25元/公顷，内部收益率I...; In recent years, eucalyptus has become a focus of forest investment for its excellent growth and timber quality.
