| 英文摘要 | 股票回购起源于美国，20世纪80年代开始被广泛使用，目前已成为西方上市公司一种常见的股利分配政策和资本运营方式。与西方发达国家相比，我国的股票回购尚处于起步阶段。由于我国证券市场的特殊性，上市公司面临诸多难题，亟需多种形式的财务政策为其所用。目前我国证券市场对股票回购的认识还不够充分，因此，加深上市公司管理层、投资者对股票回购的认识和理解，对推进我国证券市场的繁荣和发展意义重大。 本文以我国2005-2008年间宣告股票回购的上市公司为样本，运用事件研究法和多元回归分析，研究了我国上市公司股票回购公告的市场反应及其影响因素。研究结果表明我国投资者对回购公告的反应是积极的。按照回购对象、公司规...; Share repurchases originated from USA have been widely used since 1980s.
