| 英文摘要 | 长期以来，我国的高等教育一直沿用的是政府投资办学的模式。上世纪末，为扩大高等教育资源，独立学院这种由普通本科高等学校按照新机制、新模式与社会力量合作举办的本科层次的、相对独立的二级学院应运而生，发展很快。云南师范大学商学院就是在这样的背景下创建的采用新机制、新模式办学的独立学院。本文利用商务模式创新的分析方法，对云南师范大学商学院现有的经营环境和现行的商务模式进行分析。同时，对商学院的平台界面、客户界面、伙伴界面、顶板界面以及内部构造要素进行分析，找出各个界面要素中存在的问题，并提出相应的对策。最后，根据商务模式创新的方法，提出云南师范大学商学院商务模式创新的方向，新商务模式的价值主张、价值支...; By the end of last century, Independent College, a kind of undergraduate college runs jointly by public university and private capital, has been developing at a quick speed to enlarge higher educational resource.
