| 英文摘要 | 伴随着福建经济的快速发展，福建中小企业信用担保业的发展从无到有，从小到大，并对福建的经济发展起到了重要的推动作用。但是与全国担保行业面临的困难一样，由于担保公司承担的风险与收益不匹配，以及银担合作关系不平等等原因，传统融资性担保业务的高风险运营模式难以可持续发展。在金融危机冲击和经济周期波动双重压力下，担保公司原有的高风险运营模式弱点暴露无遗。同时在市场过度竞争下，部分担保公司在发展过程中存在非法融资、无序放贷、乱收费用、超范围经营等不规范问题，近年来出现尤为频繁。为此，需要从整体上为担保业把脉进而为担保行业的发展破局。 本文在全面分析福建省担保业发展现状的基础上，深入剖析了15家省内担保公...; Credit Guarantee System of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise(SME) in Fujian Province developed with and contributed to rapid regional economy progress.
