| 英文摘要 | 企业集团作为一种特殊的组织形式随着经济的不断发展应运而生，并在中国经济中占据着越来越重要的角色，其在经济、财务各方面的表现以及运营优势和效率也不断受到学者们的关注。 本文以中国上市集团公司和独立公司为样本，通过对两组样本在2000年至2008年的数据进行简单描述性统计，并运用资本结构决定因素模型、投资-现金流敏感性分析模型以及二阶段局部调整模型等实证研究方法，将集团公司（即企业集团母公司）这种特殊的经济组织形式与经典静态资本结构理论、新兴动态资本结构理论以及融资约束理论相结合，试图从融资、特别是债务融资方面找到集团公司的优势所在。 研究结果表明，与独立公司相比，集团公司有较高的负债水平，并...; As the economy develops, business group comes out as a special economic organization, and it becomes to be an important role in Chinese economy.
