| 英文摘要 | 关于企业投资行为的研究主要是围绕以下两个方面展开：一是融资约束与企业投资-现金流敏感性之间的关系；二是不确定性与企业投资之间的关系。但各自都没有达成一致的结论。于是，部分学者开始尝试将二者结合起来研究其对企业投资行为的影响。本文在前人研究的基础上，以融资约束和不确定性与企业投资行为之间的关系为视角，实证探讨金融危机下国家货币政策调整等经济刺激计划的实施对企业投资行为的影响。 本文以2007年4季度-2009年3季度中国制造业上市公司为样本，选取公司规模、利息保障倍数作为融资约束的替代变量，以股票日收益率的波动性作不确定性的度量指标，并将不确定性拆分为市场不确定性和公司特有的不确定性，实证研究...; Studies on corporate investment are extended in two aspects, one is the relationship between financing constraints and investment-cash flow sensitivities; the other is the influence of uncertainty on corporate investment.
