| 英文摘要 | 摘要 中国家电制造企业正处于高度竞争、利润微薄的困境。家电企业纷纷导入与实施精益生产，生产过程的精益要求供应过程的协作，这是采购转型的内部驱动力；供应链管理与成本降低，是采购转型的外部驱动力。通过采购转型适应外部供应链管理的要求，通过流程再造适应内部精益生产的要求，发挥采购主动性与杠杆效应，降低企业采购成本，提升企业的利润水平与竞争力成为当前家电制造企业的一个重要课题。 本文研究方法上以精益思想为指导、以供应链为角度进行采购管理与流程研究。在采购物质分类中使用了Kraljic组合模型进行四象限物质分类，在采购职能转变过程中采用“采购主动性自评模型”对采购的主动性进行评价，在采购流程优化中使...; Abstract Household appliance manufacturing industry in China is currently confronted with the difficulty of high competitiveness and little profit.
