| 英文摘要 | 厦门是海西经济区中的一个重要城市，它被“深港合作圈”、“大珠三角合作圈”和“泛珠三角合作圈”三个圈层所包围，其在闽台教育产业合作中扮演者极其重要的角色，因此，在实现厦门与台湾合作的同时，应建立以闽台合作为核心的多层次的区域合作体系，两地应当尽量淡化地区概念，消除台湾地区与大陆地区之间的隔膜，打破意识上的壁垒，整合两地资源优势，强化两地合作.加强教育产业合作的一个重要内容就是制度创新，两地政府应围绕双方区域合作、双边产业对接、双向梯度推进的合作与发展思路，在相同的条件下各自制定无壁垒市场政策，引导产业以及企业发展的有关导向政策，为两地合作提供立法保障.; Between Fujian and Taiwan are geographically close, culture each other, even though education belong to the same regional culture, in the nature of the same cultural circle, various activities are closely linked, but the educational characteristics between Fujian and Taiwan is not yet is exactly the same.
