| 英文摘要 | 自从上市公司发放股利与不发放股利对公司价值影响的研究争论以来，“究竟如何制定股利政策”一直是理论界和实务界不断探讨的话题；而到目前为止，虽然有很多经典的文章对股利政策的相关问题进行了比较详细的研究，但是“股利之谜”的问题仍没有得到解决，成为了公司财务的三大核心问题之一。 近几年我国上市公司数量迅速增加，但是在股利政策方面，我们发现不分发股利的公司始终占据着上市公司总数的一半左右；通过对这些不分配股利的公司进一步分析发现，它们中约70%的公司当年是有盈利的，也即出现一种现象——公司当年盈利却不分发股利。对于盈利不分配的这种现象，在我们学术派和实务派中分为两大阵营——支持盈利不分配政策和反对盈利...; Since the arguing about that the listed companies whether paying dividends or not has some relationship with the value of companies, how to determine the dividend policies is always the theorists and practitioners’ hot topic.
