| 英文摘要 | 随着厦门市2010年获得国务院批准成为“中国服务外包示范城市”，获得了国家产业政策的有力支持。如何根据自身的优势和特点，实行差异化的定位，快速推动厦门市服务外包产业的发展，成为厦门市面临的重要问题。本文以相关贸易理论和国家竞争优势理论为基础，从服务贸易和产业集聚的角度出发，对厦门服务外包企业进行问卷调查和访谈，通过第一手数据对厦门市服务外包产业的业务类型、区域分布、企业规模、外商投资情况、发包市场、人才聘用情况、财务状况和融资环境等进行了分析，并对厦门市部分服务外包企业进行了案例分析，讨论提出了厦门市发展服务外包产业的战略目标、定位和措施建议。研究结果显示，厦门市具有发展服务外包的要素禀赋和产...; In Februay 2010, Xiamen City is approved by State Council as one of Service Outsourcing Model Cities in China, which enjoy the strong support from national industrial strategy.
