| 英文摘要 | 科学技术的发展，带动了社会产业结构的巨大变化。面对生存环境的变化，企业必须通过一切方式来持续改进以保持其竞争能力。同时，企业信息化、业务规范化直接决定了企业间资源、信息的集成与利用程度，也直接决定了企业的竞争能力。业务建模工作是企业信息化、业务规范化的基础性工作，因此科学的建模方法正是决定企业信息化、业务规范化工作成败的关键。 本文旨在提出一套切实可行的、面向实际的业务建模方法，来改善服务工程领域现有建模方法的不足。鉴于此，本文对服务工程的特点、已有参考模型的优缺点、企业建模相关标准等多方面进行总结归纳。在此基础上引入Zachman框架，对框架模型进行合理拆分和重组，并结合项目实践经验，最终...; The development of scientific technology has changed social industrial structure greatly.
