| 英文摘要 | 中小制造业集群所面临的市场需求波动较大，产品更新换代迅速，产品生命周期短，要求其有较高的敏捷性。而产业集群敏捷应对市场需求的能力，依赖于集群供应链中所有成员的敏捷生产运作以及成员之间的紧密合作。运用供应链管理思想研究产业集群的各种管理问题，是近几年才开始的。目前对集群供应链管理的研究主要集中在概念区分、结构和模式、竞争合作关系、需求库存管理以及技术创新等，还没有集群供应链的敏捷机制问题的研究。 对中小制造业集群供应链的订货方式进行制度分析，在此基础上研究该订货制度所形成的敏捷机制的利弊并对其进行改善，在理论上和实践上都有较深的意义。分析中小制造业集群供应链的敏捷机制是本文的创新点。 通过制...; Volatile market demands, frequent product replacement, short product life-cycle in the small and medium-sized manufacturing clusters require the enterprises in the industrial clusters to be highly agile.
