| 英文摘要 | 烟草行业是一个特殊的行业，拥有庞大的消费群体，对国家财政收入具有突出贡献。近年来，烟草行业大力推进以市场为导向的改革，2002年开始实施了“工商分开”和“联合重组。2010年国家局提出了“532”、“461”[1]卷烟品牌发展战略，这是继“大市场、大品牌、大企业”的行业发展战略和“两个十多个”的行业发展方向之后的又一重要品牌发展目标，由此在行业内全面开展了生产经营指标对标工作。 本文从卷烟制造企业所面临的对标工作出发，对行业内卷烟制造企业调研，分析国内卷烟制造企业面临的困境和机遇，分析卷烟制造企业信息化建设的必要性。论文通过对MES（ManufacturingExecutionSystem，...; Tobacco industry is a special business, which has a huge consumer groups and an important contribution to the National finance.
