| 英文摘要 | 作为存货生产的制造企业，如何既能及时满足客户需求，又能提高效率、降低成本是一个普遍的问题。本文探讨了如何将JIT引入MRP，将MRP的信息集成和计划能力同JIT看板系统的快速反应结合在一起。介绍了KB工厂的MRP/JIT混合生产计划和控制系统-利用MRP强大的信息集成和计划能力预测物料和能力需求，从而建立JIT生产所需的各种参数，进而运用JIT的车间作业优化方法实施拉动式生产，实现原材料、在制品及产成品最小库存。论文主要结构为:第一章概述供应链企业两种生产计划与控制模式：推式的MRPII生产计划和控制模式和拉式的JIT生产计划和控制模式，以及它们各自的优点和局限性；第二章介绍KB工厂生产运作情...; It is a common problem for make-to-stock manufacturer that how to response to customer’s need quickly, and at the same time, improve productivity and reduce cost.
