英文摘要	内容提要 海南航空股份有限公司成立于1993年，是中国民航运输业中首家同时在A股、B股市场上市的航空公司。经过短短的8年时间，总资产由1000万元猛增至100多亿元，作为地方航空公司的海南航空已经发展成为中国第四大航空运输企业。2002年10月11日，中国三大航空运输集团正式挂牌成立，分别是中国南方航空集团（资产总额501亿元）、中国东方航空集团（资产473亿元）以及中国国际航空集团（资产总额560亿元）。民航重组后，三大航空集团将拥有大约85%的国内航空运输市场份额，海南航空只占有大约5%的国内航空运输市场份额。经过此次民航重组后，中国民用航空运输市场将逐步形成寡头垄断的竞争格局。在这种竞...; Abstract Hainan Airlines, as the first pulbic company in Shanghai A- and B- share stock markets of China civil aviation industry, was founded in 1993.
